RSPCA Birthdays lets you dedicate your birthday to bettering the lives of all creatures great and small. Instead of gifts, set up a birthday fundraiser and raise money for animals in need. 

Click the register button and let us know when your birthday is. We’ll set you up your very own virtual birthday card where others can leave a message of love and celebration along with a birthday donation that is sure to make wishes come true!

Share your birthday card on your social media to let your friends and family know what you’d like for your birthday this year—shelter and safety for all creatures great and small. 

Once you've registered, you'll receive access to your very own virtual 'birthday card' fundraising page where others can make a donation and leave you a birthday message.  

Fundraising is made simple with our range of resources and handy tips. Simply share your birthday card on your social media or via email, and ask friends and family to support your fundraising efforts in lieu of birthday gifts this year. Donations made through your fundraising page come straight through to RSPCA Queensland automatically, and your donors will receive a receipt via email. Easy!

There is no minimum fundraising requirement. Every dollar you raise will help animals in need. We encourage you to set a goal of $500, which would help to cover the cost of caring for an animal in our shelters for two whole weeks! You can do it!

And, when you raise $250 we'll send you a very special birthday present to say thanks!

The funds you and your wonderful friends and family raise will be put to work, caring for sick, injured and neglected animals and wildlife. From shelter care to enrichment, vet treatment and rehabilitation, every dollar you raise makes a difference.

When you share your virtual card (aka your fundraising page) your loved ones can donate to your birthday fundraiser and leave a message, alongside a fun gif to wish you a happy birthday!

Unfortunately the platform we use isn't able to download or print your card. However your page and lovely birthday messages will be there for you to view at any time!

If your donation to us is made in Australia and is over $2, then it is tax deductible. Your donors will automatically receive a tax receipt via email.

If you collect cash or cheques as part of your fundraising, we recommend you pay them into your own bank account first. You can then use your credit or debit card to donate at your birthday online fundraising page on behalf of your generous donor.
